Thela Brown has spent fifteen years in hiding what she is after her parents left her in the woods to die. Eight long months later, Thela Brown still has an owner, her sister, Lily Brown. It is the same thing day after day of having an assessment, until that all changes when the assessments get hard and are designed to kill her.
Zac Taylor sees the injustice Neuroners have been experiencing their whole life and takes the matter to court to change the law. He fights day and night on all Neuroners behave, especially Thela’s, for them to have a chance at living life.
All the while, Thela is suffering to survive daily. Will Thela stay alive? Will Zac bring justice to Neuroners? Will everything end happily for them?
